Olde Main Brewing Company’s “Very Important 6-Pack” Promotional Contest—Rules &
Notice:
Olde Main Brewing Company’s “Very Important 6-Pack” promotional contest will remain in
effect from 1:00pm (central time) May 3, 2010, through 12:00am (ie., midnight, central time)
July 2, 2010 (ie., the “promotional contest period”). In order to claim a prize, the claimant must
present in person a winning bottle cap before 12:00am (ie., midnight, central time) on July 2,
2010, to Olde Main Brewing Company, 316 Main Street, Ames, IA, 50010. No prize will be
awarded for claims made after 12:00am (ie., midnight, central time) on July 2, 2010. A winning
bottle cap will spell and display “V.I.P.” on the underside of the underside of the beer
bottle cap (ie., the “winning prize notice”). Each claimant presenting a winning prize notice
will win a prize consisting of two (2) V.I.P. passes to the 80/35 concert series to occur on July 3,
2010, and July 4, 2010, in Des Moines, IA, USA, 50309. The total value of each prize is
approximately $250.00. The odds of winning a prize sponsored by Olde Main Brewing
Company are no less than 6 (number of winning six packs distributed): 2,000 (total six packs of
Olde Main Brewing Company’s beer distributed during the promotional contest period).
Winning prize notices will be distributed at random through all flavors and all off-site retail
locations of Olde Main Brewing Company’s beer during the promotional contest period. In
order to enter the promotional contest, a participant must purchase a six pack of Olde Main
Brewing Company’s beer sold by an off-site retail distributor of Olde Main Brewing Company’s
beer. You cannot enter this promotional contest by purchasing Olde Main Brewing Company’s
beer when it is sold by a bar, restaurant or other on-site beer consumption establishment. You
must be at least 21 years of age to enter Olde Main Brewing Company’s promotional contest.
Employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates of Olde Main Brewing Company, and their
immediate family members, are not eligible to win a prize. No proof of purchase, other than
possession of a winning bottle cap and proof of the claimant being at least 21 years of age, is
required to claim a prize. Each claimant is limited to one prize only. The information provided
above relates only to Olde Main Brewing Company’s “Very Important 6-Pack” promotional
contest.
