Cinder Cut Boneless Pork Chop
-wrapped in peppered bacon-
• 1 (12 oz) bottle of Olde Main Gryphonbrau American Lager
• 3 cups brown sugar
• 2 cups ketchup
• Salt & pepper – for preferred taste
• Peppered bacon
• Boneless pork chop(s)
Mix beer, brown sugar, and ketchup in a large bowl. Wrap the boneless pork chop(s) with 2-3 strips of peppered bacon, and marinade for two hours. Reserve some of that marinade to baste. Grill to your liking; baste with remaining marinade mix, add salt & pepper for preferred taste and enjoy!
