Gryph Battered Fish ‘n Chips
 
    • 1/2 cup flour
    • 1/2 cup cornstarch
    • 12 ounces of Gryphonbraü American Lager
    • Canola oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste
 
Mix flour and cornstarch. Mix in enough beer to make batter. Coat fish. Fry.  Serve with lemon and tartar sauce.
